TN Trout Bum is owned and operated by Perry Brock of Lynchburg, TN, who is a Resident Angler of Tim's Ford Lake and it's Elk River Tailwater. Perry has fished the Elk River his entire life targeting trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass, hybrid 
stripe and carp.
A Resident Angler is an expert on his home waters but, unlike a guide, will fish along side or assist you if needed. Most of our clients are people who don't want a guide hovering over them trying to have you fish their way with their flies. We can get you to the fish and offer assistance without being in your way on the water.
As an active resident of the area Perry (AKA TN Trout Bum) has good relations with local landowners which allows him unprecedented access by land or boat to parts of the Elk River that you wouldn't have time to fish adequately on a float from one public access point to another.
